That's a lot to process!

The kicker is, we only have one brain and so much electrical operation to go nearby so if you're placing stress, strain and wear and tear on any of these layers you're going to take a hit in the others. Here's where all this "rubber" meets the "road": take a look now at your own life. What do you see?
